Individual Therapy

If you engage with me in Individual therapy, or “counseling”, we will work together to explore your feelings, beliefs, or behaviors. I can assist you in working through challenging situations, identifying aspects of your life that you would like to change, better understanding yourself and others, setting personal goals, and working toward desired change. I am especially passionate about walking alongside those who are in the midst of change and transition and who desire to navigate these waters with hope and optimism. I also work with those who are dealing with stress, grief, depression, or anxiety. I work with women, men, and adolescents.
