People seek therapy for a wide variety of reasons. These reasons may include learning to cope with grief, major life challenges or childhood trauma or learning to manage stress, depression or anxiety. People desiring personal growth and greater self-knowledge also often engage in therapy. A client and therapist may work together for as few as five or six sessions or as long as several years, depending on the client’s unique needs and personal goals for therapy. My primary treatment modality is Lifespan Integration. We can discuss how the use of this modality can enhance your therapy experience. I schedule clients on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
